Using the Cursor Button , move the arrow to Set Time. Press the & buttons to adjust the clock to the current time. Press the Cursor Button again to set the time and move to the next setting, Start Water. With the arrow pointing to Start Water, use the & buttons to select the first time of the day you want to water.

Rain Delay stops the controller from running the sprinklers for a specific length of time, generally 1-30 days. You simply set the number of days for the rain delay and the controller will resume regular irrigation at the end do that time period.
Rotate the top dial to the desired length to delay the start of the automatic watering cycle. If the dial is already on RESET, rotate the dial to the desired delay length. After the rain delay cycle completes the timer will return to automatic mode. You do not need to return the dial to the RESET position.
The 2-zone water timer can automatically water 2 separate areas of your yard with its Advanced 2-Zone Electronic Water Timer. Water can be selected up to 4 independent start times on each valve. Water on specific days of the week or every few days can be selected, depending on your watering needs.
If your sprinklers are not activating correctly, your wiring between the timer and valves may be broken or disconnected. Remove the protective cover from your timer and valve box to visually inspect the wiring connections. Each valve usually has two wires: one ground connection and one powered line.
Try these steps to reset the valves: Step 1: Turn the water off at the spigot. Step 2: Move the arrow on the timer to the OFF position. Step 3: Press the On/Off Manual button, press the Zone button, choose the problem valve, hit the + (plus) button, and put 1 min on it.
Install 2 AA Alkaline batteriesby removing the battery holder from the back of the timer and inserting the batteries as indicated. Replace the battery holder. Once installed, the LCD screen will be working with the letters “OFF” flashing beside “MANUAL.”
Sprinklers should be set to run for about 30 to 35 minutes at a time twice a week. Your goal is at least 1″ of water a week for your lawn. When it`s hot and dry, double the water times while still trying to water just 2 or 3 days a week.

I have 4 zones on my sprinkler system. When manually activiating the zones on the timer, zones 1 & 2 come on fine. When i press zone 3 & 4 zone 2 comes back on. I just replaced the valves on zones 3 & 4. The valves work correctly when opening the bleed valve. Why can’t I get zones 3 & 4 to come on with the timer??

Check the wiring on the new valves for zone 3 and 4 to make sure you have not shorted anything. Also please confirm if the new valves are of the correct rating for the controller. Are you using a common earth point for the valves? Make sure the earth and live are still clear.
