If your engine is equipped with a drain plug, it would be located under the lawn mower deck. Look carefully as the drain plug may be obstructed by clumps of turf or debris, the belt guard or the mower blade (use caution when moving the blade).
One way to remove the gas is to use either a hose to siphon off the gas or a baster/pipette to remove the gas from the lawn mower gas tank to a gas can. Alternatively, the fuel line connecting the fuel tank to the carburetor can be disconnected at the carburetor and fuel emptied into a gas can.

Use a work light or flashlight to look under your car. You should be able to see and reach a large nut or plug located under the oil pan at the bottom of the engine (see Figure 13-6). This is the oil drain plug.
The oil drain plug is a screw plug made of metal or plastic. The oil drain plug with sealing ring seals the drain opening. This opening is needed to drain waste oil when changing the oil before refilling.
To stop oil leaking in cylinders, you should let the mower rest for a bit, burn the oil off, or try to wipe the oil. You may also try to grab your kitchen baster, tilt the mower to stabilize the machine, lastly, you can also try to seek professional help.
