Diagnostic ports are generally located below the steering wheel on the left side or behind the dashboard.

The diagnostic port is behind the driver`s seat. With the cable length limited by the engine data bus specifications, that limits where the PCG can mount.
NET Core runtime exposes a service endpoint that allows other processes to send diagnostic commands and receive responses over an IPC channel. This endpoint is called a diagnostic port.
Data link connector (On-board Diagnostic, OBDII) is under the instrument panel on the driver`s side.
A Mercedes OBD2 scanner port should be sited within one metre of the driver`s seat. In most cars, the port can be found underneath the dashboard, below the steering column or between the steering column and driver`s door.
A digital loop carrier (DLC) is a system which uses digital transmission to extend the range of the local loop farther than would be possible using only twisted pair copper wires. A DLC digitizes and multiplexes the individual signals carried by the local loops onto a single datastream on the DLC segment.
Every car made after 1996 features a Diagnostic Link Connector (DLC). This 16-pin connector is on the left side of the driver`s dashboard, near the steering column. There is often a door or flap that covers the connector.

Does my car have OBD II? All 1996 and newer model year gasoline and alternate fuel passenger cars and trucks are required to have OBD II systems.
A port scanner (also known as network scanner), is a software application used in cybersecurity and IT industries to scan networks, hosts, or IP addresses looking for open ports, closed ports, or filtered ports.
The general protocols used for port scanning are TCP (transmission control protocol) and UDP (user datagram protocol). They are both data transmission methods for the internet but have different mechanisms.
OBD-I vs. OBD-II. The central difference between first generation OBD systems and OBD-II is that OBD-II systems are now homogenized into the vehicle itself. Unlike OBD-I, wherein diagnostic systems were externally linked to a vehicle`s console.
Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs) — Trouble codes are how OBDII identifies and communicates to technicians where and what on-board problems exist. The first number in the DTC indicates whether the code is an SAE generic code (applies to all OBDII systems) or is specific to the vehicle manufacturer.
Locate the OBD-II port on your Volvo, which is typically behind the passenger headlights.

OBD stands for On-Board Diagnostics and is a computer system inside of a vehicle that tracks and regulates a car`s performance. This on-board computer system collects information from the network of sensors inside the vehicle, which the system can then use to regulate car systems or alert the user to problems.

All OBD-II pinouts use the same connector, but different pins are used with the exception of pin 4 (battery ground) and pin 16 (battery positive).

Starts easy will not rev up – Echo Rapid Loader, Trimmer Head
ANSWER : Sounds like you will need to clean your carburetor.
Sometimes you can get by with priming it a few times, and letting it run a few times like that and it will flush the gunk out of the jets, but most of the time you will need to rebuild the carburetor. If the mower is over a couple years old, then I also recommend that youbuy and install a new carburetor repair kit, because the diaphragm willget hard and that will cause it to be hard to crank. When you clean your carburetor and remove the jet screws, count the number of turns it takes to seat the jets from their original position. That way when you go to put the jets back in, you know how many turnsthey were in/out.Please rate me, ThanksGood Luck, I hope this helped
