There should be a square looking cover on the unit that has a screw in it it will be where the fuel lines run to. Remove the cover the air filter will be under the cover. If it is foam wash with mild soap,let dry,give it a light coat of clean oil. Replace in reverse order.

Engine will not run at full throttle.
I replaced the plug, mixed new gas, replace the air filter and
tried adjusting both throttle screws.

ANSWER : You could have a carbon problem try taking off your muffler and check for the exhaust port for carbon if so I would take it to a good small engine mechanic to get it removed as it is rather tricky as the engine has to be pulled apart.
Engine starts fine in choke position but will only run for a few seconds. can alternate it between full choke and partial choke and it I can keep it running but I have to do it every couple of seconds. I have changed the fuel lines but I didn’t have a fuel filter so I could not replace it.
ANSWER : Try changing your fuel filter and also clean the air filter too. the machine is starved for fuel

You do not mention your location so here are two locations that might be able to help you, one in the US and one in the UK. Just a caution, Ryobi appears to be drawing back from after sales service and many dealers now avoid the brand, but good luck anyway. If you cannot come right with the above addresses, they might be able to refer you to a more suitable dealer, or come back to me with your location and I will see if I can track down a dealer closer to you.

ANSWER : Have you checked just the plug wire for spark. If you’re not getting any here, then you may have a bad magnet-or. So if the spark is happening only at the wire and not through the plug. Change the plug. Also check the cut off switch. It could cause the no spark, to keep it from starting.
Ryobi 18V blower model p2100A has a broken impeller. How do I get a replacement part?
ANSWER : Ryobi does have an impeller that fits the 40400 model which is a bigger 40v unit! however the fan looks the same in the pic,
I’m guessing it may be scaled up to a larger size but perhaps have the same thread pattern?
anyway we love our two p2102 blowers they keep the porches and decks happy!
I’m gonna buy a few impellers and try to finagle them!
my guess is I may have to hook them up to a drill and use a file to cut them down to size (like you would use a wood lathe)
thus keeping the thing round and true

My ryobi bc30 starts but will not stay running. I only see one screw for the carb but it dont seem like it adjusts anything. I have turned the screw all the way in and out doesnt fix anything. i do not have an air filter in it. could that be the problem? I am also using a gas mix that is the same for my chainsaw. could that be the problem? getting very irritated with it and ready to just toss it in the trash.
ANSWER : Hi there,
The problem is that the diaphame in the carb. is worn-out and you need to replace that.It is very important that you run your machine with a air filter as the small particals can damage the diaphrame.Also remember that the older machines run on a mix of 30 to 1 and the new machines run on a 25 to 1 mix.

My Ryobi portable table saw BTS20 just quit working in the middle of a cut.
ANSWER : Me id look at the under side of saw , id bet the saw just tripped out in use and needs to be reset , id also bet the reset is marked in red some place around motor
