The proper way to size a turbo nozzle is to choose the orifice size based on GPM (gallons per minute rating) and PSI requirements (use the chart below). After you have an orifice size selected, you have a few other things to consider: How will it attach to your pressure washer? (Inflow Coupler)
If you have a pressure washer or are considering buying one, you`ve probably noticed that there are all kinds of pressure washer nozzles to choose from. Nozzles are color-coded to make it easy to choose the one that you need, and the colors are universal.
So, when your pressure washer`s pressure drops, replace the nozzle. It is a consumable item and should be changed regularly for top performance and effective cleaning! Lastly – you can`t just replace your current nozzle with `any old nozzle`! Nozzle size on pressure cleaners is very important.
The orifice size of the nozzle determines the operating pressure of your machine. As a rule of thumb, the smaller the orifice, the greater the restriction of water flowing through the machine. This causes the pressure to increase. Choosing a nozzle with too large an orifice will reduce operating pressure.
Concrete cleaning calls for powerful pressure washers featuring high pressure levels of 3000 PSI. However, if you will be using the power cleaner to maintain a range of surfaces in addition to concrete, choose one with adjustable pressure levels and set it to about 3000 PSI when you need to clean concrete.
Red Spray Tip (0-Degrees)

The red spray tip creates a 0-degree spray pattern and is the most powerful nozzle of them all. You need to be very careful using this tip to make sure you don`t cause any damage to the surface you are cleaning.

Nozzle Types

Turbo nozzles have been one of the most important accessories developed. These efficient tools provide the power of a zero-degree pattern. The circular motion also adds extra agitation to cleaning tough jobs like caked-on mud.

Turbo Nozzle — 3600 PSI

You can use turbo tip for pressure washer to clean houses, cars, car rims and drains.

The correct nozzle height is measured from the nozzle to the target, which may be the top of the ground, growing canopy, or stubble. Use 110-degree nozzles when booms are less than 30 inches high with 30-inch nozzle spacing; use 80-degree nozzles when the booms are higher.
On a standard nozzle chart, the top column that runs left to right is the pressure that you want to obtain. The left column top to bottom is the nozzle orifice size designation. The top to bottom column next to the orifice size column indicates the actual orifice measurement.
