The reasons why mower is not moving forward or reverse is that the battery is dead, or due to clogged fuel line. Additionally, malfunctioning transmission, or a broken drive belt, also a faulty spark plug, even when friction wheel isn`t in contact with the friction plate, or damaged Tires.
Failure of any mechanical component, a broken hose, or clogged filter will cause tractor hydrostatic transmission problems. But the most common issue will be the oil itself. In the transmission section of your operator`s manual, you`ll find a section that covers oil viscosity.
The primary cause of a backfire is decelerating too quickly. The simple fix for this is just to lower the engine speed a bit more gradually. If you have a throttle that you use to reduce speed, gradually let it up instead of letting it rebound quickly.
While lawn tractors are primarily used for mowing grass, garden tractors can not only mow, but also clear snow, tow heavy equipment, till gardens, grade driveways, and do pretty much any job you might need done. • Garden Tractors have a more heavy duty build, which makes them a more versatile machine.
If your tractor cranks, but won`t start, you`ll want to look at a few different engine components. Is the fuel making it to the cylinder? Check the fuel level, the shutoff valve, and the fuel filter. If those components look ok, air might not be making it to the cylinder.
Riding mower not going forward or reverse could be caused by a number of issues. The most common cause is a stuck or broken clutch, which prevents the mower from moving. Other causes could include a broken or disconnected drive belt, damaged transmission, or a problem with the mower`s starter or ignition system.
One of the disadvantages of hydrostatic drives is that the majority of the oil stays in the loop and doesn`t return to the reservoir for cooling. One way to return some of the oil back to the tank is by using a hot oil shuttle valve.
Simply, put, your mower will not perform as well when mowing in reverse. There are a number of reasons for this. One of the most immediately noticeable problems is that the grass will not get discharged underneath the deck. The cut is irregular, since mowing backwards means that the blades are running in reverse.

I would like my sprinkler to move faster ( it is in high gear)
Will it go faster if I cut some off of the swing arms?

If not is there anyway to make it go faster/

ANSWER : The speed is directly related to the amount of water pressure you have. More pressure = more speed. If you are using a 1/2″ hose move to a 5/8″ hose. I do not think cutting off the arms will have any measurable effect on the speed. I know of no other way to speed it up.
