The carburetor might be clogged. A clogged carburetor is most commonly caused by leaving fuel in the engine for a long period of time. Over time, some of the ingredients in the fuel may evaporate, leaving behind a thicker, stickier substance.

Wheel tiller/weeders are hand weeding tools with a combination of tines and a stirrup hoe. Particular suited to earth with a hard topsoil, the tines of the wheel tiller break up the hardened topsoil, decapitate undesirable weeds and mix the heads of the weeds with the soil thanks to the two-way motion of the tiller.
Tillers are levers that allow you to steer a boat. They are most common on small sailboats, old light motor boats, and outboard engines. A tiller acts directly on the rudder, to which it`s connected by the rudderpost. To operate it, you need to push it in the opposite direction in which you intend to turn.
Loose, Dirty or Disconnected Spark Plug in Your Lawn Mower: Check it out, clean off debris, re-connect and tighten. Dirty Air Filter: Clean or replace. Fuel Not Reaching the Engine: Tap the side of the carburetor to help the flow of gas. If this doesn`t work, you might need a new fuel filter.
A full gas tank and oil reservoir are the essential first steps when checking why the lawn mower won`t stay running, but the problem could also be a dirty filter, clogged carburetor, improper fuel mixture, or a dirty spark plug.
Forward and reverse tine rotary tillers operate exactly as described. Forward rotating tines, like those on the RT3062, rotate forward on the shaft in the same direction the tractor is traveling. Reverse rotating tines, like those on the RT3062R, rotate on the shaft in the opposite direction the tractor is traveling.

ANSWER : The serial number should be on the shaft that goes from engine to the tiller. It is hard to read if there is any rust. Clean the area with alcohol or brake clean.
