The electrical fuse panel is conveniently located under the operator`s manual pocket on the upholstery below the rear window latch. It contains easy-to-replace, automotive, blade-type fuses and relays for quick servicing.
The John Deere LT133 was produced from 1998 to 2001. It came equipped with either a gear drive transmission, 38″ Mower Deck and 13hp Kohler Engine.
When an appliance in your home stops working and won`t power up, a house fuse could be blown. You could also have a blown fuse in your riding mower when its battery is good but nothing happens when you turn the ignition key to start the engine.
The fuse block location may vary with the age and style of the mower, but is generally located along the wiring harness between the battery and the key switch.
Riding Mower Clicks but Doesn`t Crank

When you hear a click as you turn the key, a weak battery, bad starter solenoid, faulty wiring, failed starter motor or a seized engine could be the cause. This DIY troubleshooting will help you figure out what to fix.

Loose, Dirty or Disconnected Spark Plug in Your Lawn Mower: Check it out, clean off debris, re-connect and tighten. Dirty Air Filter: Clean or replace. Fuel Not Reaching the Engine: Tap the side of the carburetor to help the flow of gas. If this doesn`t work, you might need a new fuel filter.

HAVE A JOHN DEERE 318 LAWN TRACTOR, CHANGED POINTS AND CONDENSER, WON’T TURN OVER, TRIED STARTING FLUID IN CARB AND NOTHING. CAN IT BE THE COIL AND HOW DO I CHECK? THANKS
ANSWER : Check the coil impedance on the primary and secondary side. You’ll have to disconnect the battery negative cable so you don’t short something out. Unplug the spark plug wires and the two sets of smaller wires connected to the primary side of the coil. The primary coil reading should be between 3.7 ohms and 4.6 ohms while the secondary (spark plug side) should be between 34.2 k-ohms and 41.6 k-ohms. If the resistance values you measure are outside of these ranges, you need to replace the coil.
