When the crankshaft spins quickly, the flyweights open up, putting pressure on the governor cup and crank. This closes the throttle, limiting the air-fuel released into the engine. When the engine load increases, the crankshaft spins more slowly. This leads the flyweights to relax and the throttle to open back up.
Chokes are designed to close off or “choke” the air supply in order to provide the proper ratio of fuel to air. An engine needs more air as it warms up, so the choke needs to open to allow more air.
Run it at full throttle
A: Absolutely–and in fact, you should! You are correct in observing that your cut quality is better when your mower operates at full throttle. Lawn equipment (including lawn mowers, lawn tractors, and even trimmers and blowers) is designed to run at full throttle to give the best performance.
With throttle by wire a sensor is attached to the gas pedal and detects how far it has been pressed. This information is then sent down an a wire to the car`s computer. The computer analyzes the information and commands a motor to open the butterfly in the throttle body.

Be advised that these passageways are sometimes as fine as a human hair, and almost impossible to clear sometimes. A new carb may be required if it is worth it to you. Sorry.

Where does the linkage from the trigger to the carburetor hook up to on the carb end
ANSWER : There will be a spring and a flat plate that has multiple holes in it, the trigger cable will hook into one of these holes. the easiest way to locate this is to look into the carb, and pull in the levers, when the fly inside the opening moves this is the one, but be careful there will be two and one is for the choke. the choke will have 2 to 3 position and will make kind of a click each time. you want the one that does not make a click or is the largest one.
