Round up 1.33 Gal Spray can have a bad pump or a clogged filter or both.
Test pump: pump the handle, does it get harder to pump after 10-15 pumps, when you open the cap does air rush out? If yes, pump is good, if not, wear rubber gloves, remove pump/cap assembly, remove inner tube from cap, the handle\ pump plunger will remair with the cap. if the o ring is dry, wipe it clean, put a little petroleum jelly on the plunger o ring To Lubricate it and prevent o ring wear and helps it seal air tight so the pump will work correctly. reassemble handle\cap make sure the Black inner black plastic hose aligns with the white spray hose .
If your pump passed the pump test, lool inside tank at the chemical fluid clean or does the fluid look like it has lumpy white clumps in the fluid, if so, empty fluid in tank into a clean throw away container look at rinse the tank out with water, strain the clumps out with a paper towl draped over the tank opening inserted about 2 inches into tank opening then when you slowly pour the fluid back in hold both end of the paper towel so it does;nt fall in tank the clumps will remain on top of the paper towel , Then your ready to clean the filter in the cap. Remove the black plactic tube from the pump, remove the white out side hose(squeeze the black connector to unlock the white hose , Then look in the hole the the black tube was inserted into, look for clumps (looks like lint from a clothes dryer, about the size of cotton ball, ) in that hole, to clean the clogged filter,I used low pressure air from an air tank, Blown into the hole where the white discharge hose was mounted. The clog should fall out of the opposite hole where the black tubs mounts. Reassemble and test, Also, the white spray tip turns out to change from spray to stream. Wash Hands good the chemicals can soak into your skin, some people are very allergic to the fluid

Make sure the pump/lid is screwed on very tight. If it`s not tight enough it will not hold pressure. Be sure to pump handle vertically up and down, off centre pumping motions will not build pressure efficiently. Pressure will decrease with storage.
Chances are there is dirt or debris somewhere in the discharge line. Most likely the nozzle is plugged. RELEASE THE PRESSURE by SLOWLY opening and removing the pump. Then, unscrew the nozzle cap and check to see that it`s clear (see diagram below).
Re-prime the sprayer by engaging the trigger for up to 30 seconds, until it begins to spray. Check the nozzle for clogs. If the sprayer tip is clogged, don`t use soap or other cleaning agents to clean it. If necessary, clean the outer sprayer surface only with a damp towel.
This can be caused by the air pressure being too weak, which can stop the liquid from atomizing, or due to the liquid being of a type that quickly hardens once in contact with the air. The second form of clogging is due to spray pressure being too high.
If no pressure is felt then the sprayer isn`t getting pressure in the first place, so the most probable cause is a faulty, missing or dry plunger O-ring or leaking non return valve. Replace or lubricate as necessary.
Hold the can upside down and spray; this should release some of the pressure. Take off the nozzle – there may be a build up of matter here, so remove this with a sharp object like a pin, or it is sometimes worth washing nozzles in water to get rid of the most obvious build-up.

If this is the issue you experience the most likely cause is that the transducer is worn out. The transducer signals to the airless pump that pressure is needed and signals to run the pump to build pressure. Failure to build pressure often indicates that you need to replace the transducer.
You can pump up the tank okay, but it won’t hold the pressure. Solution: Check the pump gasket at the top of the pump cylinder (tank); it may be cracked or damaged and not forming a seal with the tank cap. Replace the pump cylinder gasket and make sure that it fits tightly around the top of the pump cylinder.

How do you get pressure into the sprayer. I have pumped and pumped nothing seems to happen
ANSWER : IT’S AN INTRINSIC FAULT WITH THIS PIECE OF JUNK. THE DIAPHRAM INSIDE THE PUMP TUBE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, THEY DON’T EVEN WORK PROPERLY WHEN BRAND NEW, BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEY WON’T PRESSURISE AT ALL. BUY A QUALITY SPRAYER, THAT REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR.
