You Have a Clogged Nozzle or Hose

This can be easily remedied by taking a quick look at the screen – if it`s caked with crud, simply remove it and give it (and the area around it) a good cleaning. You may also want to check the pressure washer pump inlet screens and filters while you`re at it.

There could be small leaks, holes, or tears in your garden hose or high-pressure hose that are causing your pressure washer to lose pressure when you pull the trigger. If you find leaks, plug the holes or replace the hose, which should solve your pressure issues.
Provided that the soap itself hasn`t run out, the most common reasons for this may be: If your dispenser has not been used in a long period of time it may become clogged. The sensor may be damaged, the batteries have run out or the wiring is faulty (in the case of automatic soap dispensers).
If you are experiencing this issue, the first thing to check is the sensor area. The sensor area might be obstructed by soap or sanitizer residue. Clean the area, removing any visible residue, and test the unit. Pro Tip: Do not use abrasive cleaners on the dispenser or cartridge.
make sure the detergent container is full check all connections if the detergent is too thick diluted. make sure the adjustable nozzle is in low pressure mode if it is in high pressure mode it will not allow detergent to pass if you have checked all of these things in the detergent.
Try a soft reset, by pressing power button for 12 seconds and then power on the device. If your soap dispenser isn`t used for a prolonged time, soap can accumulate and clog the nozzle. To troubleshoot, clean the nozzle area with water and remove any stuck soap.
Each time the power cord is plugged in to an outlet, the Reset button on the GFCI module must be pressed down to connect to electricity. Check to see if the Reset button has been pressed. Next, confirm the small plastic window below the Reset button shows RED in the window.
The detergent held in the tank is injected into the pump with the water, then the two are pressurized simultaneously before being released through the spray gun. Detergent tanks are fine for some cleaning solutions, but others should not be run through your pressure washer as they could damage it.
Although you can technically use any power washer nozzle for soap, the black nozzle is the best and most commonly used. Because it has a larger orifice, it decreases the velocity of the water, increasing the pressure in the hose. This makes it easier for the hose to pull in detergent from the tank.
It may be that the soap dispenser only has drained batteries, the sensor may be obstructed, or some of its parts may actually be broken. You may try clearing the obstruction, replacing the batteries, or check if there are any loose, rusted, or broken parts of the sensor mechanism.
If your pump once foamed, and over time has stopped foaming it is likely that your foaming mechanism has soap build up and has coated the foaming filter with this soap build up. When the foaming filter is clogged it will prevent foam from producing.
Try flushing the pump in fresh water – Just remove the pump top and place in a glass of water. Keep pressing until clear water is being dispersed. Then try again with your bottle.
The Most Common Reason Your Dishwasher Soap Dispenser Isn`t Opening. The dispenser may be blocked. Check to see if there`s detergent in the dispenser or on the bottom of the tub after the cycle. Tall items like cookie sheets and cutting boards placed in the lower rack can block the dispenser door.
Unloader valve failure — Power lags also result from failed unloader valves. This problem can be diagnosed by manually enacting the valve function. Open the tank and drain out the air and water, then close and power back up. If the compressor bogs down once again, the valve needs to be replaced.
Will an airlock clear itself. Even if you run out of water, air should automatically clear in a well-constructed low-pressure water pipe system. The air should naturally climb to the top and discharge as the pipe system fills up.
Most pressure washers today feature onboard detergent tanks. Pressure washer soap dispensers make cleaning much easier as you can move your pressure washer around without worrying about moving a bucket. Some, however, will not have these tanks and will require the use of a bucket to insert your detergent hose into.
Yes – you can use soap with a pressure washer, provided your machine has a detergent tank where you can add your soap. Not every pressure washer does, but these days, they`re becoming more and more commonplace as we recognize the power detergent has in our cleaning regimens.
Make sure the filter is all the way at the bottom of the soap container. If it floats on top, the chemical will not be drawn into the system. Check the chemical hose. If the hose is tangled, carefully untangle it to keep it from kinking.
Black nozzles, also sometimes referred to as soap nozzles, have a wide 65-degree fan. This creates a wide, gentle stream, which also helps to increase pressure within the hose. This pulls detergent from the detergent tank, and makes it easy to apply soap quickly and widely.
Automatic soap dispensers (also known as touch-free soap dispensers) are powered by batteries. The sensor operation of these dispensers means that users do not touch the dispenser, reducing the spread of germs and making them one of the most hygienic options available.
If you have too many leftover oils in your liquid soap, those excess unsaponified oils will make your liquid soap cloudy. This is mainly a cosmetic problem and can be fixed by adding in a tiny amount of KOH solution if you`re really set on having a clear soap. (Calculate the amount needed using a lye calculator.)

Will not siphon
ANSWER : This model pressure washer will only siphon from the soap dispenser when you have the low-pressure nozzle attached and then will only sort of dribble out the suds. Good for sudsing, but no good for cleaning. You’ll have to suds 1st then change to a highwe pressure spray nozzle to perform the actual cleaning. If it won’t siphon with the low pressure nozzle either, then check for a blockage (old, dried soap) in the suction line tubing. Hope this helps!!

Kranzle electric washer will not suck up soap
ANSWER : Hi, if it has a chemical injector on the machine then the pressure at the lance will have to be lowered for it to pull in soap. it works on a similar principle to how carburetors on cars pull in fuel, bernouli principle. high pressure at one side of an orifice going to low pressure at the other side which causes a negative pressure ( vacuum) which should pull in the soap. there should be a non return valve at the orifice (hole) which prevents the water back feeding into the soap container, it is quite common for this valve to get stuck, it is just a ball, spring and o ring , and the ball sticks to the o ring. if it is this system then take the soap pick up pipe off the injector and just push the ball off it’s seat with a bit of wire.If it is a high pressure soap system then that is different, but they usually work with an injector in my experience.try taking the high pressure hose off the front off the machine and running it, if it has an injector on it it should pull in plenty off soap.hope this helps ,andy
