Where can i get the washer that hold the blade flush to the star-gear under the mower. A flat washer do not work and allows the blade to flop. ANSWER : I have this same problem on my 36 in toro pro line sfs i ohmed the clutch the wire the safety switches and the PTO engagement switch all checked out good if u find any thing let me know the clutch its a adjustable clutch and its supposed to be set at .018 at all three springs there will b a slot that’s where u check that but. U can get a multimeter and test the clutch by putting it on ohms and hooking up on both sided of the plug once u have unplugged it.the clutch should ohm out at like .003 or .004 max if more the clutch is shorted out
