Why Does My Appliance Keep Tripping the Breaker? An appliance that consistently trips your circuit breaker is not only annoying, it could be the sign of a bigger problem. The most likely reasons for this problem are an overloaded circuit, overheated appliance, electrical short, or ground fault issue.
Check the Fuse: If you have done all the repairs and replacements and your electric pressure washer is still not working, it may have something to do with the fuse. Inspect the fuse if it is blown or not. Replace the blown fuse with a new one and test the device again.
The number one cause of low or no pressure when using a pressure washer is a blocked or worn nozzle. Blocked nozzles will prevent water from escaping, while a worn nozzle will allow too much water to pass through, causing the pressure to drop.

My 13.0 honda gx390 motor has no spark and will not start
Try disconnecting the black wire which runs across under the fuel tank you should have spark.
Honda powwer boss 3000-whenyoupull the handale to spray it kills the engine
Sounds like the unloader (regulator). Try removing the nozzle, the pull the trigger with the engine running. If motor is still running then it could be the Unloader malfunctioning. If you require a new one try a bypass system for the unloader. The bypass will help save the life of the unloader.
Need help in getting Honda engine on NorthStar pressure washer to run.
Could be low water pressure I have found. Also, I purchased a can of “stuff” at Lowes today which allows you to circulate a liquid substance which lubricates the pressure pump….the pump could be frozen up…I have a rotating nozzle which I bought…and it had frozen up…this stuff works
My Honda 2600 psi power washer will not pull to start. It was running great then I allowed the neighbor to borrow it. He ran the washer till it was out of gas and proceeded to refuel and at this point it would no longer start. The pull cord is out about 4-6 inches out and I am concerned about taking the casing off myself.
Fearing that it may throw more off on the unit. If i take the casing off are there any spring loaded parts that will dismount?
What should I do? Spark Plug? Turn wrenches?
Please let me know
You should be fine to take the recoil off, there shouldn’t be anything that shoots out at you. You might want to check the oil level on the engine, many of the Honda engines won’t start unless there is enough oil in them. If your oil level is fine, check to make sure that your motor is getting spark.
My Honda pressure washer is leaking out of the thermal relief valve and I am looking for a part,I also do not have the manual. The model number is WGC 3030 and it is 3.0 gpm 9.0HP. The number on the thermal valve is 33120004,where can I find a part?
Does the thermal valve just screw into the pump head, if so what size thread is it? I have 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 in stock.

Check the oil level, if it’s very low or burnt then it may have siezed up internally.
It could also be that be that the cylinder is filled with oil or fuel.
if the washer was tipped over the fuel or oil may have migrated in to the piston combustion area.
Honda gc 190 starts then floods and stops. Wont start again till plug is taken out and dried then repeats same thing
Float level or a sticking needle valve, check float level as if it is adjusted incorrectly it can cause the main jet to allow fuel to flood through, the needle valve can do the same.
