Pressure washers are composed of six main parts: inlet, motor, pump, pressure hose, gun, and nozzle.
Simoniz style adapters are commonly found on smaller, electric powered machines for homeowner use. It is important to note the only difference between a Simoniz thread and a Karcher thread is the tube size. While a Karcher thread has a 14 mm tube, Simoniz instead has a 15 mm nose or tube bore.

Active Products is the company that markets and distributes the Simoniz brand in Canada. Their website is sparse but details what they do in terms of manufacturing in China and such. Simoniz USA is the trademark owner of Simoniz and is a well known cleaning products brand for over 100 years.
The basic components of a parts washer are a water heater, filtration system, pump or pumps, scrubbers, brushes or power nozzle, and a cabinet or enclosure.
A pressure washer fittings connects pressure washer parts.
It fits between the high pressure hose and trigger gun or between the pump and pressure hose to make them connect properly. Your pressure washer will come with the fittings, couplers and adapters needed to make it work out-of-the-box (99% of the time).
Gas Pressure Washer Attachments
There are only three basic types of connections used on gas units: M22, 3/8″ threaded, and Quick Connects. The only exception is with the gun and lance.
A pressure washer ball valve controls water flow in the pressure washer. It also allows the user to temporarily stop water flow through the pressure hose.
There are three primary pressure washer pump designs: axial, wobble, and triplex design pumps. Axial and wobble pumps are built with less heavy-duty components. Axial and wobble pumps usually have less repair components.
Motor – One of the most important parts of a washer is the motor. It works with the agitator to produce the rotator motion needed for washing and rinsing laundry. There are varying speeds that are determined by the setting you choose when you start a load of laundry.

This Two-Gun Tee Coupler converts a one-gun pressure washer into a two-gun system. This is a good way to power wash on a big job if you don`t have 2 machines. Quick connect this Branch Tee onto the pressure washer outlet, then connect two pressure washer hoses to either end of the 2-gun splitter.
3/8-inch is the thickest diameter hose you`ll see around. It`s for pro machines because of the high volume flow requirement. 5/16-inch is not used as much as the other 2. The thing is light and medium-duty units use 1/4-inch hose and then the heavy-duty units jump to the 3/8-inch hose.
The 40-degree is the most gentle spray. Held at the right distance you would use a 40-degree nozzle to clean windows and other fragile surfaces.
Choosing the Right Nozzle for Your Machine
The orifice size of the nozzle determines the operating pressure of your machine. As a rule of thumb, the smaller the orifice, the greater the restriction of water flowing through the machine. This causes the pressure to increase.
Different types of pressure control valves include relief, reducing, sequence, counterbalance, safety, and unloading. All of them are typically closed valves, except for reducing valves, which are usually open.
What Is the Unloader Valve? A compressor unloader valve is a small part, typically measuring approximately 4-5 inches in length and width. It performs the critical function of releasing trapped air inside the tank, enabling the motor to restart.
Unlike a piston that fits tightly inside the cylinder, a plunger fits loosely. The plunger creates negative and positive water pressure inside the cylinder as it moves up and down.
What`s the Difference Between Piston and Plunger Pumps? From an engineering standpoint, it`s easy to understand that the main difference between piston and plunger pumps is the placement of the seals or O-rings. Again, the plunger pump`s seal is stationary while the piston pump`s seal moves with the piston.
Axial cam pumps are direct drive, meaning they spin at the same speed as the engine. They will wear down faster than a triplex pump, but provide a great deal of pressure and performance. Triplex plunger pumps are the highest quality pressure washer pumps, offering longer life and better performance.

ANSWER : If the pressure washer is pulsating then that is a sign of check valve failure. You may be able to clean of replace the check valves. Replacing the head is the wrong way to go. This is completely unnecessary. If you can tell me the model number of your pressure washer then I can assist you better in pointing you in the right direction.

Honda powwer boss 3000-whenyoupull the handale to spray it kills the engine
ANSWER : Sounds like the unloader (regulator). Try removing the nozzle, the pull the trigger with the engine running. If motor is still running then it could be the Unloader malfunctioning. If you require a new one try a bypass system for the unloader. The bypass will help save the life of the unloader.

My Honda pressure washer is leaking out of the thermal relief valve and I am looking for a part,I also do not have the manual. The model number is WGC 3030 and it is 3.0 gpm 9.0HP. The number on the thermal valve is 33120004,where can I find a part?

Kranzle electric washer will not suck up soap
ANSWER : Hi, if it has a chemical injector on the machine then the pressure at the lance will have to be lowered for it to pull in soap. it works on a similar principle to how carburetors on cars pull in fuel, bernouli principle. high pressure at one side of an orifice going to low pressure at the other side which causes a negative pressure ( vacuum) which should pull in the soap. there should be a non return valve at the orifice (hole) which prevents the water back feeding into the soap container, it is quite common for this valve to get stuck, it is just a ball, spring and o ring , and the ball sticks to the o ring. if it is this system then take the soap pick up pipe off the injector and just push the ball off it’s seat with a bit of wire.If it is a high pressure soap system then that is different, but they usually work with an injector in my experience.try taking the high pressure hose off the front off the machine and running it, if it has an injector on it it should pull in plenty off soap.hope this helps ,andy
