How to Identify and Fix Common Gardening Problems ?

We provide a variety of viewpoints on how to identify and fix common gardening problems. Our sources include academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays from experienced gardeners :

A bad oil pressure sensor can cause your vehicle to leak oil. This happens because your oil pressure sensor connects to oil-sending units. When this goes bad, the unit starts to leak oil out of the pan. If your vehicle`s oil pan has a leak, you should fix or replace it as soon as possible.
Oil pressure switches are notorious for leaking as they age. When that happens, they send erroneous data to the computer, and you end up with a glowing “oil” light. First, perform a visual check of the switch. If you see fresh oil on it (and it`s not leaking from another component above it), it`s toast.
The pump producing the air pressure sends air into the tank through the check valve. Once the air is inside the tank, it should stay there unless some other fitting on the tank is leaking. If you have any air leaks around your pressure switch, the check valve should be checked, cleaned, or replaced.
Safety Officer. When replacing the oil pressure sender it only gets 90 in/lbs. If you over tighten it with this flared type threads then by the time it gets in all the way a cracked housing will be the result.
You should not take this situation lightly, as it is an indication that your engine has lost normal oil pressure. If you see this light on, we highly suggest that you stop driving your vehicle immediately and turn off your engine. Driving with this light on your dash can cause severe, irreversible engine damage.
While your car will run without an oil pressure sensor, it is not a good idea to drive without one. The oil pressure sensor (also known as an oil pressure switch) measures if you have the correct amount of oil in your vehicle. Without a working sensor, you won`t know if you have the correct oil levels.

Common signs include a low level of engine oil, leaking oil covering other parts of the engine, and puddles of oil under the car.

Oil light keeps flashing, Check Oil but the oil gage says that it is full.
ANSWER : Hello,

The flashing comes on just before the 50 hour mark, then again every 50 hours. It has nothing to do with the actual oil in the engine. It is a reminder only to change the oil. It will then reset after the 50 hour intervals. You dont need to do anything to shut it off.

Hopr this helps

2160 cub cadet that wont start.hot spark to the plugs
ANSWER : You’ve solved for some of the equation. Spark. Fuel. Air…..all in the proper sequence. Now, what condition are the plugs ? I’d change them out if they have any wetness to them. Check your fuses as well. Another thing is the ‘safety switches’ – located in seat, on parking brake, etc. One of these could have come undone or gone bad/loose wire. I’m thinking the latter….
