OkThat Snowblower is made by Agri- Fab for Sears/Craftsman .If you go online to the agri-Fab website it is possible to down load the manual or if you email them they will send you a copy. I have dealt with them.They have even sent me missing parts. GOOD LUCK Mike

SNOW BLOWERS
Snow blower model numbers are located on the backside of the metal base between the left and right rear-wheels. The 11-character model number is printed on the left side of the Product Identification Label and will begin with the letters “CM”.
The 1st three numbers of your serial number will always provide your manufacture date. The 1st number is the YEAR of manufacture; the 2nd & 3rd numbers indicate the MONTH of manufacture.
When you`re shopping for a snow blower, it`s important to know that there are only a few manufacturers. A company called MTD makes Craftsman, Cub Cadet, and Troy-Bilt models. The Husqvarna company makes units under the Husqvarna, Jonsered, and Poulan Pro brands.

ANSWER : You can hotwire the clutch and see if it clicks, rule out the switch or the safety. If you take the wires apart and jump them, with the battery, it should klik, if not, the clutch is shot, time for a new one, If it clicks, then the switch or the safety is bad. All the parts are available online or ebay, or craigslist. The new ones are expensive. Check it out, hope this helps.
