There could be small leaks, holes, or tears in your garden hose or high-pressure hose that are causing your pressure washer to lose pressure when you pull the trigger. If you find leaks, plug the holes or replace the hose, which should solve your pressure issues.
How Do I Tell If My Unloader Valve is Bad? In most occurrences, the first symptom of an unloader valve going bad is no pressure from the wand when the trigger is pressed. This happens when the unloader valve gets stuck open and does not allow water to enter the hose and trigger.
The problem may be in the recoil starter itself. A tangled coil of rope or a broken spring may be the problem. In many cases the recoil starter is easily replaced as a single assembly. DO NOT attempt do take the starter apart.
Blade obstruction occurs when something is blocking or stopping the blade from moving and makes your pull cord hard to pull. This issue commonly occurs when there is small debris lodged between the blade and the mower deck or when you are starting your lawn mower in the yard.
A trapped pressure unloader valve opens when there is an increase in pressure, so when the trigger on the gun is released (open) the pressure increases and opens the unloader valve sending the water back to a holding tank or back to the inlet side of the pump.
Heavy-duty tasks like stripping paint or removing graffiti require 2,800 psi or higher and a gpm of 3 to 4 (8,400+ ECUs). Commercial-grade pressure washers, intended for regular use and built and powered accordingly, start at 3,100 psi.
Common check valve problems include noise (water hammer), vibration/chattering, reverse flow, sticking, leakage, missing internals, component wear or damage. However, it is worth mentioning that normally the real cause is the wrong size, spring, and/or style for the check valve application.

Honda powwer boss 3000-whenyoupull the handale to spray it kills the engine
ANSWER : Sounds like the unloader (regulator). Try removing the nozzle, the pull the trigger with the engine running. If motor is still running then it could be the Unloader malfunctioning. If you require a new one try a bypass system for the unloader. The bypass will help save the life of the unloader.

The pull cord on gas pressure washer wont allow me to pull it as though it is tangled up, But when i removed the housing, it woorks just fine
ANSWER : Sometimes the housing gets bent slightly. A lot of the housings have little taps or prongs that get slightly bent. I would take the housing off make sure it not bent or warp, to make sure there is nothing to block the free flow of then cord flowing. If it pulls fine with housing off, and hangs up when installed it slightly bent. Use small needle nose pliers and gently bend tabs away from area where cord is hanging up.
