The main reason which may cause the pressure washer to leak from the inside is if the cylinder head – either cracked or failed. This is often caused by the pressure washer being stored in an area that can freeze during winter.
If the machine is pulsing whilst in use, it may be that the accessory you are using has a blockage. Clear by soaking the accessory in warm soapy water and then rinsing out under the tap.
If your power washer leaks water from the connection between the hose and inlet, the seal and possibly the coupling on the inlet are likely broken and will need to be replaced. This seal and coupling should be fairly easy to remove and replace.

My Karcher 2.36 is leaking at the inlet point can someone tell me how to fix it
ANSWER : This sounds like the o-ring inside the end of the high pressure hose could be damaged and is in need of replacing. If this is not the case you may need to have the inlet replaced.
Karcher Model K 2.40, water is leaking from the gun at yellow trigger.

Leaks from trigger – Alfred Karcher K255 Electric Pressure Washer
ANSWER : THe only way to stop the leak is to replace the trigger assembly, there are no replaceable parts on that units trigger.
I have a karcher kb9020 which pulses when idol any ideas why
ANSWER : The “manifold” as talked about above is also called the “Control head”.

If Karcher made the control head from an aluminium casting, or used a metal insert near the point of failure, their product range would be a LOT more reliable.
Have a leak where nozzle connects with spray gun
ANSWER : Try useing some teflon tape on the threads.
Water is leaking from the bottom of washer mower is running and some water is coming out
ANSWER : Ive seen this before, lots of people dont clean out there power washers when not in use, hard water build up is a big problem in these units witch cause the pump not to surge correctly, you should get it serviced, thankx
I loaned my K2.55 to somebody else and it is now heavely leaking just above the detergent housing element. It appears to come from under the metal cover (visible after I removed the plastic housing)
