How to Identify and Fix Common Gardening Problems ?
We provide a variety of viewpoints on how to identify and fix common gardening problems. Our sources include academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays from experienced gardeners :
A: TruFuel can be used in all air-cooled, 2-cycle equipment. Leaf blowers, line trimmers and chainsaws are the most common, but snow blowers, small generators and air-cooled outboard engines will also benefit from the superior performance and protection of TruFuel.
Most modern chainsaws, string trimmers, leaf blowers and other small-engine two-stroke equipment recommend a 50:1 oil mix ratio, but some recommend 40:1 and older two-stroke equipment might even call for 32:1.
Use a 40:1 two-cycle oil mix ratio. One gallon of gasoline combined with 3.2 oz of two-cycle engine oil. Unsure of the age of your equipment?
A: You can use it in anything that uses 50:1 fuel. I`ve used it in my string trimmer, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, chainsaw, etc.
Advanced stabilizing generator fuel additives keep TruFuel fresh in your tank for 2 years and for more than 5 years unopened.
This means that the viscosity of this oil ranges (5w30) from 5 when it`s cold to 30 when it is hot. This oil is good lubricating for light-duty diesel and petrol engines. So, you can use it as a Chainsaw Bar Oil.
The price is right and the fuel runs well in my Stihl equipment. Stihl and Husqvarna market their own brand of 2-stroke fuel and, obviously, they charge more for it. I haven`t noticed any difference in the Tru-Fuel except the price. The price is right and the fuel runs well in my Stihl equipment.
*Can I use synthetic oil in my chainsaw fuel? Just like their use in lawnmowers, synthetic oils have been demonstrated to have superior combustion characteristics over mineral oils on top of delivering great lubrication on chainsaw engines. Synthetic oils will leave you with a much cleaner engine.
For a 50:1 ratio of gas to oil, use 2.6 fluid ounces of oil per gallon of gas. For a 40:1 mixture, use 3.2 fluid ounces of oil per gallon of gas.
Common gasoline and oil mix ratios are 50:1 and 40:1. Meaning there is 50/40 parts gasoline to one part oil when mixed. The lower the mix ratio number the more oil per volume in the gasoline. To mix properly add oil to your gas can, then add fresh gasoline from the pump.
50 to1 means 50 parts of gas to 1 part of oil. So the 40 to 1 mixture is more oily and provides better lubrication for your piston rings. The downside is it will foul out your spark plug sooner, but that`s no big deal because it`s simple to pull the plug out and clean it and stick it back in.
TruFuel is made specifically for higher-revving, hotter-running 2-cycle engines. Pump gas is made for your car but can wreak havoc on a small engine. Pump gas and oil can leave carbon deposits and gunk in your engine and fuel line. TruFuel is cleaner, enhances equipment performance, and is better for your engine.
You can also use semi-synthetics which cost less than fully synthetic oils. They still have fine combustion properties and give you better lubrication than you`d get from standard mineral oil.
Use a minimum of 89 octane gasoline and always use fresh fuel. Only buy enough gasoline that you can easily use up within a two- month period. For air-cooled, two-cycle engines, use a quality mix oil that meets the engine manufacturer`s recommendations.

What is fuel mixture for solo motosage 60135
ANSWER : Some say 100:1 with synthetics. I use synthetics on 80cc and larger saws in the range of 40/50:1. I never go higher than that….saws are just too expensive to be stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. A lot of people are trying to make mixing ratios like some kind of mystery voodoo. You’ll always be fine in the 40/50:1 range with a good synthetic oil.

Ake 40 18s chain keeps coming off when in use
ANSWER : The only time I saw this was when the saw was run with the chain too loose. The chain should be snug al the way around the bar. If it is run loose for too long the chain will develop burs on the driver links. Now the driver link will not fit in the groove on the bar so the chain is tossed off. Replace with a new chain
