I have the Balboa 500Z pump heater kit. Its hooked direct to a mighty iron ( 120v) recirclulating pump. Ever since it was new, I keep getting lack of water vflow errors ( dr, then dy ) I have plenty of flow, its a 240volt system. The 2 heating sensors, how do the sensor the flow? How do I fix this

I have a catalina spa with a balboa ct 205 control box and ozonator, it keeps tripping on start up , fresh water, clean filters,all jets open, it has been off for 2 mths and has been very cold,i have isolated all controls,blowers works fine,pump 2 works fine(twin speed)lights work ozonator works,but when i plug in pump 1 heater it trips,,,, in about 15 seconds display shows flo flashing,,,,i have bleed air and primed and turned pumps manually ,,,pump 1 heater turns for a few seconds prior to tripping,,,,,,,,,,,, is there a reset button i cannot see,,,,please help

Water pump keeps on running my mastercraft jet pump keeps on ruunning/ will not shut off i have a mastecraft jet pump 3/4 hp aprox 5 years old/ pumps ok however not shut off, i must turn off from switch it sits @ 2 ft above water level, pumf fto aprx 50 ft tank is located aprox 40 ft away from pump, @ about 5 ft above pump. press siwtch is new, foot valve new, tank press set to proper specs [2 lbs below switch settings] can anyone help?? pls reply [email protected]

We have a Flotec 3/4 HP submersible pump, it was already here when we moved in, we have lived here for 3 yrs, so we dont know how old it is. After living here for 2 yrs, it started to get very noisy, like a groaning noise. We replaced it w/ a l/2 HP Wayne(our mistake) We got water in the basement b/c the wayne pump quit running. We put the Flotec back on. Trying to find a replacement, but stores are all out. Question is, do you think we can rely on the Flotec that is making the strange noises? Thanks, Chris

I have a balboa 8 man spa. We shut it off to drain and clean. When we were done it would not turn back on. Tub was working fine, but now it keeps tripping the gfi. After some trouble shooting. I got it to turn on but had to disconnect one of the 220 volt copper terminals on the heater. The tub powered up and all the jets worked. Am I right to thinks that the heater needs replaced? if so how do they come apart. Where can I get instruction on the heater removal.

How do I “bleed” air from pump ? Motor runs, but it does not pump water.

I have a 1/2 horse wayne shallow well pump. At times the water in the house slows to a trickel. This will happen for about 40-120 seconds then the pump seems to kick on and the pressure is restored. I have replaced the high low switch and the problem persists. Please let me know any thoughts on the problem. Thank You
