Most likely the piston seals are leaking This is a good thing as since it leaks out it is keeping the water from entering the drive mechanism. If you can find the PUMP brand and model you can get parts fromm a place like www.pressure-washer-parts.com . The parts are inexpensive for just the seals before you ruin the complete pump.When replacing thee seals, you might as well replace the pump packing too since they wear. If you cannot find the pump numbers, then get the Troy Bilt model number and check their web site for parts. http://www.troybilt-gen-pw.com/pressure_washers/ They have parts listed there but i think they only list the complete pump not pump repair parts.

ANSWER : There is no need to prime. But you do need to use the black spray nozzle to get soap to siphon out.

ANSWER : Check the non-return valves in the pump block. if these are damaged or dirty you pressure will be greatly reduced. they are located behind the 3 lage brass hexagonal caps.

Motor seems to be locked up!!!!!!!!
ANSWER : It may be your engine, but it may also be the water pressure. Try this: Hold the trigger down while pulling the recoil starter. This acts as an unloader for the pressure washer, and may allow the engine to turn over. There is also an oil level in the pump as well as the engine. Check both levels.

Has no pressure, builds up when not holding trigger on gun, but when i press trigger shoots of with pressure the nothing just water comes out.

What oil do i use in the pump? The oil is milky and needs changing.

They recommend 250 hours, but i’d change more often, like you said when it’s milky. If it begins to get water in the oil sooner, that indicates your piston to crankcase seal is beginning to leak.
