ANSWER : Not with toro. this usually happens if cutting high grass. try taking it apart, clean it. make sure belt is not stretched out and jammed.

How to remove the trimmer wheel to add more wire?
ANSWER : Hello,

In order to add more wire, remove trimmer head by removing center main screw. The whole cap will come off with a little of force towards the outside. Then you will put the string inside the channels dedicated to do this.

Front wheels lock up when pull mower backwards
