The model number as well as the serial number to your WORKSHOP Wet/Dry Vac can be found on the serial label. This label is placed in a different location depending on the model, however most will be found on the power head. To the left there is a close-up example of a serial label.

Our washer had been woring fine earlier this afternoon. After a short (about 10 minute) break, it developed only hose pressure. We disassembled the nozzle, figuring there might be some obstruction; also made sure the hose wasn’t kinked. No luck even though the motor is apparently running fine. It’s about one year old. Pressure washer has recently started pulsing-its like a lack of water but not-at least i think not-when top is removed from lance it seems okay but when put back on it starts ‘pulsing’ any advice please jim newcastle

Karcher 4.91 checked fuse that is ok but no power
ANSWER : Check and see if you are getting power to the on/off swith. These switches have been known to go bad. Also, check the Ground fault breaker in the plug. Let me know how you make out.
