Its from sitting so long the brakes have rustocked around the rear wheels requires three people two pick up the back one steer the unit onto the flat bed about the easyiest way do not force the wheels to move let them take them off at the repair shop if you do force them you could do alot more damage any further questions message me back Thanks again Rick
