I had hit a somewhat hidden stump on the lawn..bending the blade. Took the deck off and replaced the bent blade. Put the deck back on and now the cut seems uneven. It appears that the deck is now uneven. I attempted to follow the directions for a side-to-side leveling. Started with trying to measure the blade height and am struggling with getting to a spot where I can measure the blade on the left side. By looking at the deck, it appears to be uneven. I am struggling with being able to raise the left side of the deck.
ANSWER : I’ve only had luck removeing the deck, turn it upside down. Measure blade, mark, remove blade, insert large pipe over spindle, bend in direction. Re-install blade, and do it all over and over till straight. Measure in several locations.

ANSWER : You may be running too fast on ground speed for the mower deck to cut completely. It may be time for some new blades. The blades may be worn down to where they are shorter than when they were first put on.

ANSWER : First, check the blade, it may be bent. If not, there is an adjustment nut (9/16) on each side in the middle of the deck hanger bracket. Get on level surface and screw each up or down to get blade tips the same height on each side.

Need to replace drive belt.Never replaced. 42′ Craftsman riding lawn mower. How difficult is this. How do you access rear drive pully
ANSWER : Take a look at how the belt is installed. Then you will have to remove the mower deck and belt from the pulley on the engine. There is probably something by the engine pulley that you will have to remove so the belt will come off. It might be a shoulder bold or a rod with a bolt holding it on. Same with the rear pulley. Then you just have to put the belt on one pulley and watch your fingers so you don’t pinch them and turn the other pulley and the belt should go on. reinstall any bolts you removed and install the deck.
