The carburetor might be clogged. A clogged carburetor is often caused by leaving fuel in the chainsaw for a long period of time. Over time, some of the ingredients in the fuel will evaporate, leaving behind a thicker, stickier substance. This sticky fuel can clog up the carburetor and prevent the engine from starting.
The cord is not plugged in all the way or the device is not receiving power. If the grinder is not turning on, the most common issue is that it is not receiving power. To fix this, make sure the tool is powered off and completely remove the plug from the wall outlet then reconnect it.
A failed power supply, broken on/off switch, bad motor overload, broken power cord or failed drive motor can prevent the table saw motor from starting. First, try resetting the overload. If the table saw motor won`t start after resetting the overload, then the saw may not be getting power from the electrical outlet.
If your electric chainsaw won`t start, try examining it for these issues: Not pressing the safety button at the same time as the trigger. Tripped electrical breaker (for corded chainsaws) Frayed or damaged electrical cord (for corded chainsaws)
Make sure the appliance is level: If you don`t have a designated spot for your mixer grinder, make sure you place it on a flat surface. If the appliance is rocking, level it properly before using it. Increase the speed gradually: Instead of starting it at full speed, go from low to medium to high.

Why will my saw not start, good spark new plug fresh gas
ANSWER : Sounds to me like a plugged up fuel line or old fuel in the fuel line. You may be able to clear it by spraying some starting fluid into the carb to pull the old fuel through. You only want to do this 2 times because this has no oil in it. Another suggestion it to remove the spark plug and put some of your fresh fuel mix directly into the chamber. About an eyedropper full should work.

ANSWER : Try pushing the primer 8-10 times hold the throttle wide open and turn choke too full.when it starts it will probably quit turn choke to halfway and start again.should stay running.If that don,t work carb needs to be rebuilt or replaced.

ANSWER : Use regular bar and chain oil for the oil tank. Use modern synthetic saw oil for the fuel mix. Both are available from home centers, hardware stores, and saw dealers. Be sure to premix the fuel and oil in it’s own can and agitate thoroughly before refueling the saw. Hope this helps!

Does not run, will start with starting fluid – Mantis 2-Cycle Tiller
ANSWER : You should never use starting fluid on this model.
Add a couple of ounces of 100% acetone (available at Walmart) to some fresh fuel. Attempt to start for several pulls. Let sit for several minutes and repeat until it sounds like it wants to run.
