C25/ST 2 — This versatile mix is one of the most popular mixes for domestic foundation concrete. It is not exclusively used for foundations, as it can also be applied to other projects, such as patios, but its strength makes it ideal for most double-storey builds.
To make the concrete stronger, add more cement or less sand. The closer you bring the ratio to an even one-to-one of sand to cement, the stronger the rating becomes. This principles works in the opposite direction as well.

As a practical consideration, residential designers need to keep in mind that concrete foundation walls are typically 6, 8 or 10 inches thick (nominal). The typical concrete compressive strength used in residential construction is 2,500 or 3,000 psi, although other strengths are available.
When building a new structure or extending an existing building, C25 concrete is suitable for pouring foundations and footings, and using C25 concrete for foundations is one of its most common applications. Its strength means it can provide a strong and sturdy base for larger structures.
A high strength may cause the concrete to be more prone to cracking (serviceability concern). Un-designed high strength may be detrimental in seismic design where you want members to fail in certain locations and in certain modes.
All-Purpose Concrete Mix: When in doubt, all-purpose concrete mix is a popular option. This is ideal for repairing foundation walls, laying sidewalks, creating steps and setting posts.
QUIKRETE 5000 is recommended for footing applications because of its heavy duty, 5000 PSI strength. Add the QUIKRETE 5000 concrete mix to the form. After half of the form is filled, consolidate the concrete with a piece of rebar or a shovel.

ANSWER : I assume you are talking mixing ratios. In most cases a 1% roundup to water mixture will kill many plants. On very stubborn species you can go to a 2% concentrate but anything above that in my opinion you’re just wasting your money. More isn’t always better when it comes to weed killers.
