A: The spark plug gap on all products is . 025-inch.
The critical distance between the spark plug`s electrode and the ground strap (that piece of steel that curves out over the end of the plug) is called the “plug gap.” The act of setting this distance correctly is commonly referred to as “gapping” your plugs.
Pull the spool out and unravel the old wire, but note how the wire was attached to the spool. Cut off 20–25 feet (6.1–7.6 m) of replacement string and attach it to the spool the same way the old string was attached. Reinstall the spool and put the cap back on to finish restringing your weed whacker.
The gap between the spark plug`s center electrode and outer electrode should be set at 0.02 inch, or 0.5 millimeter, for most Husqvarna trimmer models. On some newer models, the company recommends a slightly larger gap of 0.024 inch, or 0.6 millimeter.
A: This spark plug should have a gap set to 0.02 inches.
You can find this parameter in the user and maintenance manual for your garden tool: for Efco machines, the standard spark plug electrode gap is 0.5 mm for chainsaws, brushcutters and blowers, and 0.7–0.8 mm for tools such as lawnmowers.

How do i install the blades on my weed eater so i dont have to use string anymore
ANSWER : There are many options out there but pretty much all of them require you to completly remove the line trimming head and screw on an aftermarket device. I use the bruch hog, the line trimmer and one with three nylon blades that are replacable (from Menards) and all work well but you do have to replace the blade too so it will not be the end all. If you are going through a lot of line may I suggest you run the trimmer at about 1/4 speed or just enough to do the job, it really saves a lot of line and frustration.
