How to Identify and Fix Common Gardening Problems ?

Prime the fuel system by turning the ignition on (Run position) for 30 seconds, but do not start the engine. This allows the pump to prime the system. Turn the ignition off, and then crank it for 15 seconds. If it does not start, repeat the first task and this one until it starts (cycle the key).
When you run low on diesel, your fuel pump might send air through your fuel system instead of gas. If that happens, your vehicle will shut down and not restart until the air is removed. This is called “bleeding” the fuel system, and depending on your machine, it can take several hours to complete.
To start the process, locate the manual fuel pump primer on the engine. This may be a small lever you pump up and down, or a plunger-type you push in. Open up the bleed screw on top of the secondary fuel filter, and start pumping the primer pump. You will likely see both fuel and bubbles coming out of the bleed screw.
When you change a diesel fuel filter, run out of fuel or disturb the fuel system, air is trapped. When you try to start the engine this air acts as a lock, preventing the normal supply of fuel into the cylinder.
If you don`t change the fuel filters than you`ll face : Engine misfire : uneven power and uncontrolled throttle response. Starting problem : no fuel reaching engine, no combustion.
In some diesel engines, priming the fuel pump can be as simple as turning the ignition key to “run” for several seconds, turning off, and then repeating up to four times. This restart procedure will most likely be recommended by your manufacturer and allow you to restart the engine after a few minutes.
For optimal performance, a diesel engine`s primary need is a continuous supply of clean fuel. A symptom known as “airlock” occurs when this flow is interrupted by an air bubble, causing the engine to shut down and refuse to start.
Explanation: Bleeding of the fuel system: Bleeding is the process by which air, which is present in the fuel system, is removed by using a priming pump.
If there are no bubbles present in the Fuel Pro cover and the engine continues to run rough, lopes or has a loss of power, there may be an air leak between the Fuel Pro outlet port and lift pump inlet.

My p.t.o. wont start my blades the engine runs but the blades wont start when i pull up the p.t.o on
Belt needs tightening or its brocken.Check first.
My Z5426 won’t start. When I pull out the choke and turn the key, gas starts leaking out of the exhaust system just before it gets to the muffler. Last time it did start, it ran really rough. So, I turn off the engine and then tried to restart and that’s when I noticed the fuel leak.
Maybe bad fuel, fuel line leaking, flooding of the carburetor, since it did start and ran rough I am assuming that the gas was left set and more then likely this gummed up the carburetor, you will have to clean/rebuild it. If you have a can of carburetor clean you may be able to spray that into there and clean it up, I would not choke it to start it as it sounds like it got/is flooded/ing. Good Luck Tim

Your machine has a warranty on it and in many cases if you attempt any unauthorized repairs, it will void your warranty. My best advice it to first contact your dealer or an authorized service center regarding the problem and what you can do yourself without voiding the warranty
Oil Filter Removal
Oil filter removal is counterclockwise when viewing the filter from the top. Filter install is clockwise. If this is a original filter, then it will be very tight. Before installing new filter, ensure that you place a bit of new oil on the seal located on the flat portion of the new filter before reinstalling to ensure it is sealed, and it also only needs to be hand tight.
