Go to the above website and put in your model and serial number. If it is a Horse tiller just type in Horse and your serial number and you can download a copy of your operator manual. If it is the Horse model it was built between 1/1/80 and 7/1/80. i believe you have a Horse II four speed model that will just have one drive belt the older Horse I tillers were two speed with two belts.
Most any good tire shop can supply tires for your tiller or you can order them online and take then to a shop to mount for you. If your tires are not real bad they can just put tubes in them so they will hold air. Almost all parts are available through MTD who owns the Troy Bilt name now or through many sites online.

DRAINED GAS FOR WINTER IN CRAFTASMAN REAR TINE TILLER. PUT GAS IN WOULDN’T START. SO PUT GAS IN CARBURETOR, WOULD START BUT DIED AS SOON AS USED UP GAS. TRIED SEVERAL TIMES. SAME THING. IT’S LIKE IT ISN’T PULLING THE GAS UP FROM THE GAS TANK.
ANSWER : You drained the fuel but sounds like you did not run fuel out of carb. the carb is probably just clogged either take off carb and clean thoroughly or just try to take off the screw on the float bowl and clean it there are little holes on it that are most likely plugged up. Good Luck…
