Hi there,There is a two part epoxy available at auto parts stores that is advertised to fix cracks in batteries and gas tanks. Instead of starting as a liquid, it is like clay. You knead it then jam it in the hole. As it cures, it expands slightly and seals the breach.I have had excellent results with it. I just don’t know the brand name off the top of my head. The counter person will though.Good luck and kind regardsMike

An outside tap leaking from the hose connector can usually be fixed by one of three ways: Tighten the hose connector. Replace the connector washer. Replace the hose connector.
If your hose leaks where it connects to the spigot, it`s most likely caused by a worn gasket, stripped adapter, or leaking connector. Connection problems usually cost around $2–$20 to fix.
