The new T750 and T770 models deliver an incredible 11 feet of vertical lift, 23 gpm standard hydraulic flow and 36.5 gpm high flow with 3,500 psi hydraulic relief pressure, giving you the power and reach you need for the most demanding tasks.
The 863 high-flow option package provides an additional 10 GPM of flow, for a total auxiliary hydraulic flow of 30 GPM and 3000 PSI system pressure.
Adding fluid to a fixed volume increases the pressure, whereas letting fluid out decreases pressure. There is a misconception that pressure is controlled by the pressure gain curve of the valve. This is true only in a testing application, where pressure sensors are connected directly to the A and B ports of the valve.
Most hydraulic hoses should have a minimum burst pressure that is four times the working pressure. So if your working pressure is 2000 PSI, the minimum burst pressure would be 8000 PSI, but you should never push the hose beyond the recommended working PSI limit.
The accepted international standard for maximum working pressure in the high pressure hydraulic tools industry is 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) and the majority of the products offered by Hi-Force are in line with this standard.
Adding fluid to a fixed volume increases the pressure, whereas letting fluid out decreases pressure. There is a misconception that pressure is controlled by the pressure gain curve of the valve. This is true only in a testing application, where pressure sensors are connected directly to the A and B ports of the valve.
The opening mechanism begins to open when the media pressure reaches the valve`s cracking pressure. The relief valve discharges some media into the air, in the case of air compressors or a tank, in the case of hydraulic systems. This slows down how fast pressure builds in the system.

ANSWER : Did he bleed the system sounds like air in lines
Couple of guys tried to help me on this, perhaps you guys could come back. I forgot to mention there is a pressure tank bladder type on the discharge side. Could the air in this tank be messing with the prime. I checked the intake. It has water in it after bleeding air from the discharge system where before it was dry before purging air. I think there is air in the system and wonder if it is coming from the pressure tank?. i open up one of the discharge valves and a lot of air comes out. Should I put a valve on the pressure tank to take it off line until I get water from the well?
Mar 12, 2010 – Could it be the check valve? I took it off and the flap appears to be working correctly. This well has been here a long time. Never given me any problems. I do have galvenized couplers on the discharge and intake sides. Old. Could these be leaking even though they show no sign of water? The discharge is able to hold 30 pounds easily overnight. I do not hear any vacuum in the intake when I take it off. Could the pipe to the well have a leak? I know I would have to insert a sleeve but I do not want to go through the hassle if I do not have to. I had put on a brand new pump from the hardware store that did the same thing so I think that would elliminate the pump as being the problem.
I disconnected it for the winter and rehooked it up. The galvanized couplers on the discharge and pump side are old but do not appear to be leakeing as I taped them well. The check valve seems to be functioning well as I took it off and the flap works correctly. The well is not pulling water. there does not appear to be a vacuum on the check vale when I losen it. could the check valve be bad? I am aware I might have to resleeve the well, but do not want to hassle with this if I do not have to. I want to eliminate everything else first. i put another brand new pump on it to see if it was that. That partiuclar pump which was the same thng did not work either.
I took the pump nose off and looked at it. The one way valve appears to be working fine. The impeller is working fine also evidenced by when I turn it on witht the discharge cap off, water shoots out. When I open one of the discharge valves and turn it on, the pressure drops to 10lbs. At this point the prime water has moved through the pipe and and the pump does not soound like it has any water in it. I pull the cap off and have to “reprime it again.” It again goes back to the pressure gauage rapidly fluctuating while pump on. I disconnect pump on intake side I hear no vacuum. The guage is on the discharge side. The seals on the pump nose do not look frayed or damaged. The pump is not leaking water in any of the joints. The pipes on discharge and well side do not appear to be leaking.
ANSWER : My friend, please boil your question down. Your title has to do with riding mowers but the leaking, bladder, impeller, air bubbles, pressure tank, check valve comments seem to be migrating toward a pump of some kind – well? spa? pool? irrigation?
Briefly, any system that involves a water source, a water moving device, water storage device and ultimate useage is subject to leaks … into the system and out of the system. If this is a well and you have air in your system, your pump may be sucking air at the well or any loose connection between the tip of the pipe and the inlet to the pump. Your bladder could have failed but from what I can get from your comments, this is not the case. On the pressure side, neither air nor water will leak in … only out.
Please recheck all connections. Make sure your check valve is installed correctly and not leaking. The check valve assists the foot valve, which may have failed.
I am more inclined to think your well may be at the end of its useful life. To prove or disprove, you could have a plumber put a vacuum gage on your pump. He or she can answer this question is about 90 seconds based on this test. Expect to pay for one hour of time, which will be less than the time you have already invested in your project.
Need to replace fuel lines on my Troy Bilt gas hedge trimmer. Where can I get replacement fuel lines… or better yet… what size are the lines and where can I buy a few feet of the lines. Note: I have reviewed the parts assembly and it would seem to indicate I have to replace the entire handle assembly (Part #1) instead of just buying replacement hose(s). Any help to resolve my issue would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance
ANSWER : Replacement fuel lines should be readily available at your local lawnmower repair shop. Your TroyBilt hedger uses fuel line that is 3/32″ (2.4mm) interior dimension, 3/16″ (4.8mm) outside dimension, with a 3/64″ (1.2mm) wall dimension.
Most manufacturers don’t offer replacement line, only fuel tank assemblies. Find your local shop, and try to get the TYGON brand…it is yellow. Tygon lasts the longest. You should be able to buy it by the foot for less than $2 per foot. You will need 2 feet of hose to replace both lines.
Make sure to clean the in-tank filter when replacing hoses.
Good luck.
Replace rear wheel bearing 773 bobcat
ANSWER : You must unbolt it from inside chainbox. Raise cab, and remove about 8 bolts that hold a plate that is back toward the engine, in line with back axle. Inside you will see 2 large chains and sprockets, and a bolt that holds the sprocket to axle. Use a 1-1/8″ wrench to remove bolt, then axle may be removed. Replacing outer bearing and seal is now possible
Which fuel line “port/inlet” on the Walbro wt-380 goes to the fuel tank? It’s on a Craftsman 25cc Gas “Weed Wacker” Line Trimmer purchased in 2002. It has Walbro WT-380 carburetor with external primer bulb. The carb has two inlets for attaching fuel lines – one to gas tank, one to primer bulb. One inlet is on diaphragm side of carb (side with the two Low/High speed adjustment screws). Other inlet is on “reservoir?” side (side with air/fuel mixture screw). Which inlet gets the “fuel tank line”? (Other will obviously go to primer bulb. I found all kinds of diagrams on web but none that showed this. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. (Problem occurs when replacing gas lines and forget which line goes where:)
ANSWER : Usually the line with the filter on it that comes from the tank goes to carb. inlet first which is most likely close to the bottom side of the carb.nearest to the engine, then the outlet or return line on the carb.goes to the inlet side of the primer and the outlet side of the primer goes back to the tank. The primer draws fuel through the carb to the primer to the tank if its not? then correct the line connections until it does
I need to replace to fuel lines on a Craftman 32cc trimmer. The old ones cracked apart. 2 of the lines look like 1/8″ OD one line looks like 3/32″ OD. Larger line looks like it hooks to filter, Smaller line to a fitting in the gas tank. I am assuming the smaller line ges to the primer inlet. My question is the lines penetrate the bottom of the gas tank. How do they seal. How do I install the filter and the fitting. I am assuming to thread the new lines in from the bottom of the tank and pull through the gas cap hole. Then I attach filter or fitting and pull back through. So do I pull the line so as to create a seal from the swell caused by the fitting/filter?
ANSWER : Depending on the brand of line you use, Tygon line is self sealing but seems to shrink faster then factory supplied because of the ethanol in the gas. The stone gas filter is designed to fall to the lowest part of the tank, not stop the line from falling out.
The fuel lines have rotted out of the edger gas tank. How do I fix or do I need to replace entire tank with new fuel lines?Since there are no male fuel line connections exiting the fuel tank and just two holes where the lines were, I guess I need to replace the entire tank and get a new one with lines already attached. Thanks.
ANSWER : No you can buy replacement fuel line but you must reconnect the filter in the tank that line goes to the bottom of the carby then out the top of the carby to the inlet on the primer then out of the primer and back to the tank.
I have some craftsman 25 ccm trimmer – – those fuel lines ( I need new ones) – wich one is wich – one is bigger the other one is smaller – on wich one I need to attach filter
