25cc Gas Line Trimmer
I have a sears weed wackier that two gas lines that go thru the bottom of the tank. There is no fitting the tank just seals to the out side of the fuel line od. One of the lines broke. How would I get the new line thru the much smaller hole then the OD of the new fuel line. it appears the tank is made around the line

Take your old line to a lawn mower parts store, ask for a new gas line of the same size. I would buy about a foot long. Push the line in the tank down into the tank(doing this with the tank empty), remove gas cap, turn upside down, a filter and your old line will fall out. Press the new gas line through the hole, push enough through that it comes out of the filler hole, place filter onto the new line, drop into tank, cut off excess and reattach to the carburator.

The trimmer has three fuel lines, one from the fuel tank to the carburetor, one from the primer bulb to the fuel tank and one connecting the primer bulb to the carburetor.
One is the high pressure line, which sends fuel to the injectors. The other is the return line, which dumps fuel that the injectors don`t use back into the tank.
The return line should direct fuel close to the bottom of the tank and away from the pickup.

The common sizes for fuel systems are 1/8”, 1/4″, 3/8” and occasionally 1/2″. The 1/8” measures around 10mm, 1/4″ is around 13mm, 3/8” is around 17mm and 1/2” is around 21mm.
The (clear) fuel intake line runs from the top of the carburetor (straight nipple) and goes to the short post on the back of the primer bulb. The return line (blue) comes from the long post on the back of the primer bulb and goes into the bottom of the fuel tank.

I need a replacement head for my 25cc crafstman weedwacker gas line trimmer. I need the whole piece that screws into the bottom of the weed wacker. It is the whole part that spins when the wacker is spinning to cut the grass. I can not seem to find any help on this.

How do you fix a broken gas line to gas tank that was previously glued but does not hold and leaks gas to a Poulan GE21 weedeater?
ANSWER : Buy a new gas tank! Are you serious! Or buy a new weed eater, if you can’t live without this one, those models are cheap, don’t waste your time.

A lot gas leaking coming from gas tank hose goin to carbureiro.
ANSWER : Those fuel lines have a track record of disintegrating, take pieces of each hose to local repair shop or dealer and get new fuel line usually called tygon and is yellow in color. Look how the hose is set up before taking apart maybe take pictures. Good Luck…

Which fuel line “port/inlet” on the Walbro wt-380 goes to the fuel tank? It’s on a Craftsman 25cc Gas “Weed Wacker” Line Trimmer purchased in 2002. It has Walbro WT-380 carburetor with external primer bulb. The carb has two inlets for attaching fuel lines – one to gas tank, one to primer bulb. One inlet is on diaphragm side of carb (side with the two Low/High speed adjustment screws). Other inlet is on “reservoir?” side (side with air/fuel mixture screw). Which inlet gets the “fuel tank line”? (Other will obviously go to primer bulb. I found all kinds of diagrams on web but none that showed this. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. (Problem occurs when replacing gas lines and forget which line goes where:)
ANSWER : Usually the line with the filter on it that comes from the tank goes to carb. inlet first which is most likely close to the bottom side of the carb.nearest to the engine,then the outlet or return line on the carb.goes to the inlet side of the primer and the outlet side of the primer goes back to the tank. The primer draws fuel through the carb to the primer to the tank if its not? then correct the line connections until it does
