The grommet on the gas tank and the gas lines were falling apart so I replaced them. After this the Blower would start but bog down after about a minute of running at full throttle and stall. I cleaned the carburetor and still had the same problem bogs down at high throttle. I took apart the exhaust and it was pretty clean but completely cleaned it up, same issue. Finally I bought a brand new carburetor Zama OEM Carburetor C1UK78 and installed it and now it won’t start. I cleaned and checked the spark plug and when I pull the cord I do get spark. I am at a loss of what could be causing t

Since you are getting spark from the plug it sounds like a fuel problem. I would check all the fuel lines and make sure they aren’t plugged and ensure the filters are clear.

How to Identify and Fix Common Gardening Problems ?

We provide a variety of viewpoints on how to identify and fix common gardening problems. Our sources include academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays from experienced gardeners :

A clogged fuel filter is most commonly caused by leaving fuel in the leaf blower for a long period of time. Over time, some of the ingredients in the fuel may evaporate, leaving behind a thicker, stickier substance. This sticky fuel can clog up the fuel filter and prevent the engine from starting.
Start by unclipping and giving it a clean using plug-specific cleaner and a wire brush. Dirt build-up of old carbon and oil or a disconnection can stop the spark plug from igniting properly. If cleaning doesn`t help, the plug may be too old, worn or out of shape to function. Replace the plug with a fresh one.
If your blower is having a difficult time starting, then you may be dealing with a carburetor issue. The carburetor`s job is to ensure the proper mix of fuel and air is directed to the blower`s engine. As mentioned, the carburetor can become clogged, making it difficult for fuel and air to enter the engine.
Mechanical or electrical issues are the two main categories of industrial blower fan failure that can completely stop the fan. Faulty belts, loose pulleys, insufficient power, inadequate wire size, blown fuses, and other issues can occur in these areas.
Check the Filters and the Vents

Blower motors are designed to circulate air, so they won`t work if there`s no air to move. You should always check the filters and vents surrounding the blower to make sure that the blower isn`t having a hard time working.

Started PB620-ST yesterday with some difficulty. However, ran until fuel empty. Refueled today, but will not start. Spark at plug ok. Fuel flowing, but seems to overflow into air filter compartment. Does not seem to “fire” at all.
ANSWER : Sounds like your flooding the engine; I did the same thing. Wait a while to let the gas drain back to the tank. Use your primer bulb once and your choke for only ONE pull; then shut off the choke. Pull start without the choke 2-3 times and it should start.
