Backpack blower runs full throttle for about 20 minutes then stops.I already replaced spark plug and Ignition module. Could it be vapor lock ? Echo Model # PB-751H
Experienced gardeners share their insights in answering this question :
Make sure the fuel tank cap inlet valve is working properly, this will allow a vapor lock if it is not. Then check the fuel line in tank to make sure the pickup filter is not hung up in tank thereby allowing the fuel to get below the pickup. Also check the fuel line for holes. You can also try toro.com customer care, manuals and parts, type in model no. then get owners manual and see if in troubleshooting section it list this problem.

The fuel filter might be clogged. A clogged fuel filter is most commonly caused by leaving old fuel in the leaf blower. Over time, some of the ingredients in the fuel may evaporate, leaving behind a thicker, stickier substance. This sticky fuel can clog the fuel filter and cause the engine to stall.
Check for a dirty air filter and replace if needed.
A clogged filter limits the amount of cool air that passes over the heat exchanger, causing it to overheat and shut off. At the same time, your blower turns on to help cool it down.
A clogged air filter may cause your blower to idle roughly as well. Air filters can be cleaned to ensure they run properly, and should be inspected as part of your normal blower maintenance routine. If the air filter in your leaf blower is partially plugged, it can cause your engine to run, but die at full throttle.
Due to an authentication error, the Alexa sound may keep cutting out. You can deregister your account and add it again. Poor Wi-Fi Signal This is one of the most common reasons that your Echo has to keep buffering your music, or it stops altogether. A poor Wi-Fi signal makes it hard for your Echo to connect to the internet where it`s retrieving your music. Checking on your Wi-Fi strength varies depending on which Echo you have.
Blower motor breakdown can be the result of anything from old age to failed bearings, high amp draw, electrical failure in the windings, dirt accumulation, and more. βThe most common cause is dirt accumulation due to lack of maintenance,β said Tom Beaulieu, president of Bay Area Services Inc.
The gas engine on your leaf blower needs to operate at a specific temperature: hot enough to burn the fuel and give the engine power but cool enough not to overheat the piston. An overheating problem in the leaf blower is generally caused by a failure to vent gases or the fuel burning too hot inside the cylinder.
It won`t go endlessly on one charge; about 15 to 20 minutes is reasonable β if you need a blower that runs longer, get a corded or gas-powered model. And it won`t demolish that huge pile of wet leaves on your lawn β but it works well with lighter debris on hard surfaces.
Most cordless electric leaf blowers average between 20-40 minutes of run time per charge.
If your carburetor is clogged, it can cause your leaf blower`s engine to die when the choke is disengaged. You can disassemble it, clean it, and replace individual parts with a carb kit. Once your carburetor has been unclogged, cleaned, and re-assembled using the carb kit, the engine should run with the choke off.

For starters, the best backpack leaf blowers run for a long time: 30 to 60 minutes for battery-powered models and even longer for gas models, provided you refuel them. Most battery-powered handhelds run for just 12 to 15 minutes.

The blower was running then sounded that it was stopping. Turn it off and know it will not allow me to pull the cord to start, feel like its lock up? How or what should I do to fix?
ANSWER : Ok.. Your fuel mix is wrong. You may save it by putting WD-40 or some kind of lubricant in the spark plug hole and try to turn with hand back and forth until you have freed it.. Works almost 85% of the time. You must get to the flywheel to try to turn, it will be located under the pull rope assembly. Good Luck… oh, dont forget to mix proper fuel mix if it frees.
