Tire size selection
Choose tires that are large enough to carry the total ballasted weight of the tractor with inflation pressures in the 6 to 14 psi range (lower is better).
The rear tire pressure should be around 12 lbs. That may sound strange if you are not familiar with rear tractor tires but the pressures are nearly always low.
Tire changers often times inflate tire to 35 psi to set the tire beads on the rim. Again, the pressure must be reduced to match the load on the axle. SAFETY WARNING: Never exceed 35 psi when mounting.
The 1025R hosts a three-cylinder Yanmar® TNV Series diesel engine that provides 24.2 gross engine power and 18 PTO horsepower. On the other hand, the 1026R provides operators with 25.2 horsepower. Both engines were designed with performance and durability at top of mind.
This front tractor tire is size 600 – 16. This is a tractor tire only. With a maximum inflation pressure of 68 psi and load capacity of 1360 lbs.

HAVE A JOHN DEERE 318 LAWN TRACTOR, CHANGED POINTS AND CONDENSER, WON’T TURN OVER, TRIED STARTING FLUID IN CARB AND NOTHING. CAN IT BE THE COIL AND HOW DO I CHECK? THANKS
ANSWER : Check the coil impedance on the primary and secondary side. You’ll have to disconnect the battery negative cable so you don’t short something out. Unplug the spark plug wires and the two sets of smaller wires connected to the primary side of the coil. The primary coil reading should be between 3.7 ohms and 4.6 ohms while the secondary (spark plug side) should be between 34.2 k-ohms and 41.6 k-ohms. If the resistance values you measure are outside of these ranges, you need to replace the coil.
