This is likely a failed regulator/rectifier unit. Before replacing it though, inspect the wiring to make sure you don’t have a broken wire. Unplug and replug the connectors to make sure it isn’t just dirt or a loose connection to it. If that doesn’t help, replace the regulator/rectifier. Hope this helps, if so, please rate my answer, thanks!

The PTO (or power take-off) belt is part of a pulley system that operates the blades on your riding lawn mower. It runs off the electric clutch system in your engine.
If the PTO clutch is not getting power, if the clutch solenoid is defective, or if the clutch is worn out, the lawn mower blades will not engage. The PTO clutch is not repairable—if the clutch is defective, you must replace it.
The Cub Cadet Lithium-ion Electric Riding Lawn Mowers will alert you that the battery capacity is low by flashing the right most battery segment on the LCD of the Vehicle Control module (VCM). If this happens while the blades are engaged, the blades will automatically shut off to help conserve power.
Powershift PTO engagement problems could be from blocked hoses or fittings, bad connections or ground or the solenoid. Mechanical PTO engagement problems could originate from low air pressure, improper cable installation or back lash too tight.
If the red battery light on your car`s dashboard starts blinking, then take it as a sign that your battery or charging system is not functioning properly. The battery warning light is in the shape of a battery symbol, usually with a plus and minus sign.
A common problem with power bank chargers is the charging cable, which may have been inserted into the charger improperly or carelessly. If the cable is inserted incorrectly, the power bank will not charge. Check to see if the cable is plugged in to the charger and the power bank is plugged into the wall.
Power Take-Off (PTO) Stub
The tractor`s stub shaft, often called the PTO, transfers power from the tractor to the PTO-driven machine or implement. Power transfer is accomplished by connecting a drive shaft from the machinery to the tractor`s PTO stub shaft.
Power take-off (PTO) is a device that transfers an engine`s mechanical power to another piece of equipment. A PTO allows the hosting energy source to transmit power to additional equipment that does not have its own engine or motor.
