Loosen the 7mm jam nut, hold the throttle plate closed and back the stop screw out until it does not touch the stop arm. With the throttle plate closed, turn the stop screw IN until it touches the stop arm, and then turn the stop screw IN an additional 1/2 turn. Tighten the jam nut.
